Job Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring that Flink Netherlands meets our 28-minute promise while balancing efficiencies.
Help optimize workforce scheduling so we always have the right people in the right place at the right time.
Dive into data to improve staffing efficiencyfrom analyzing delivery speeds flexible scheduling options to identifying solutions for idle time management.
Use automation and smart insights to free up time for what matters most.
Collaborate with the Data Science team to fine-tune demand forecasting models.
Spot opportunities to improve operations across the country and help bring them to life.

Qualifications :

A bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering Data Analytics or a related field.
12 years of experience in data analysis operations or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for making decisions based on data.
Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with tools like Excel SQL or other data analysis software.
A positive proactive mindsetyoure ready to learn and take on challenges.
Empathy and critical thinkingyou understand how decisions impact both people and performance.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
A true team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
