Salary: 26000 Uncapped Commission (35000 OTE)
Location: Northern Quarter (Manchester)
Sector: Aviation Construction Data Centres Utilities Fire and Security and Pharmaceuticals

The Company:
My client founded in 2018 is a leading recruitment consultancy firm specialising in their sector. Considering there are over 30000 recruitment agencies in the UK theyve clearly made their mark. On track for yet another profitable year theyre looking for 3 superstars to join their team.
Typically youd be paid commission off placing this role youll be financially rewarded for interviews attended whilst you learn the ropes. Upon hitting 70K revenue in a year youll qualify for free financial advise from St. James Place.
Wanting to work hard for a better work-life balance Upon hitting billing thresholds youll gain extra days of holiday. All expenses paid trips are included too for those target hitters. Ski trips Barcelona Amsterdamthe list goes on!
Gym goer Youll have access to subsidised gym membership and an extended lunch break.
You wont be expected to have ANY experience so will have exposure to multiple of training resources weekly 121s weekly training sessions with their on-site trainer and working closely with the Director.
Benefits/What You Get:
- Basic salary of 26000
- Average commission: Year 1 - 35000 Year 2 - 50K-60K Year 3 - 65K-80K (All Uncapped)

- Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and driven - hit targets and progress
