The Role
Working within the HR and Operations team you will support safer recruitment and staff lifecycle processes including:
- Managing recruitment adverts and candidate packs
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment days
- Processing DBS references and safeguarding checks
- Maintaining staff records and HR systems
- Supporting induction onboarding and training logistics
- Assisting with HR administration policies and staff communications
