You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Project Manager Digital Communications will work collaboratively with the researchers from the Institute for Digital Molecular Analytics and Science (IDMxS) and the science communication administrators to create and promote content about the research and activities of IDMxS related to topics including molecular analytics material science chemistry bioinformatics and nanomaterials.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and updates organization materials i.e. IP portfolio publications etc. and collaborate with researchers to create articles infographics and videos that highlight key breakthroughs
Help promote public engagement initiatives science fairs conferences workshops and industry events that showcase IDMxS research.
Design and maintain organizations digital content i.e. social media blogs and website updates and help translating complex research into compelling narratives
Work with the IDMxS scientists and science communication administrators to translate and share the impact of IDMxS research and activities through IDMxS communication channels
Manage social media accounts of the institute including LinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram and YouTube
Support events as needed
Job Requirements:
Masters degree in science with around 5 years of experience writing about science-related topics.
Proven ability to work well with multi-functional team and diverse stakeholders.
Well organized with experience in project management.
Strong communicator with experience in creating and editing science content for digital platforms with added skills in video production photography and event management as an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong team spirit while effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
