ELECTRON BEAM WELDER (DRAGON) - MULTIPLE SHIFTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate CNC-controlled electron-beam (EB) welding machines including part set-up
- Develop maintain and evaluate weld schedules
- Upkeep general machine maintenance and test
- Utilize EB welding on several types of metal including titanium stainless steel copper C103 and inconel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1 years of experience with TIG welding or a certificate of completion from an accredited program
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience in electron beam welding
- Experience with high and low voltage machine
- Experience with both manual and robotic welding applications
- Experience with TIG welding
- Knowledge of AWS D17.1
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work either 1st shift or 2nd shift able to work overtime hours and weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods 8 hours min.
- Must be able to stoop bend crawl and maneuver in tight spaces
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Level 1: $23.00 - $27.00/hour
Level 2: $26.00 - $32.50/hour
Level 3: $31.00 - $38.00/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills education and experience.
