Qualifications :
At least 1-3 years experience as sales telesales or any related fields (Preferable)
Working experience in recruitment field is highly preferred
Good command of English skills
Strong sense of self-motivation adaptability and initiative
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Able to work under pressure
Proactive and target oriented
Able to use Microsoft Excel (basic level)
Additional Information :
This role is a key position within the country account management team responsible for acquiring a new customer on the companys target by focusing outside of Bangkok exploring a new business opportunity expanding a recruitment market segment and being one of the parts to contribute to revenue and growth on business purpose by gaining hirer and candidate to serve the right customers
This role is reporting to Sales Manager and working cross-functional with Lead Generation Finance Sales Administration Customer Experience and Marketing
