Description
As a Technical Site Consultant Gas Engines at INNIO we are looking for someone who can take charge of what happens on-site from the first foundation being laid to the final commissioning and handover.
Youll be the key person on the ground making sure work runs safely on schedule and to the right technical standards.
Its a role for someone who knows how things work in practice can coordinate people and equipment and isnt afraid to step in when decisions need to be made.

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily site work with contractors suppliers and project teams
- Supervise mechanical and electrical installation assembly and commissioning preparation
- Keep track of site documentation deliveries and materials
- Make sure all site work follows safety rules and technical requirements (EHS)
- Support commissioning and handover activities
- Be the main technical contact for all site-related matters
- Resource planning for the timely and deadline-oriented implementation of the execution phase
- Provision of site equipment (forklifts work platforms scaffolding tools consumables such as oil urea coolant etc.)
- Verification of readiness for installation inspection of access routes checking of storage areas examination and approval of foundations measurement of installation positions
- Supervision and monitoring of engine and positioning. Including final assembly of internal piping and wiring.
- Monitoring of the professional and timely implementation as well as contract-compliant execution of the scope of services and supplies by subcontractors
- Supervision and monitoring of the establishment of commissioning readiness of plant components and systems including for example ensuring the proper cleaning of plant components leak testing pressure testing
- Coordinate of commissioning (customer meetings etc.) in close collaboration with the commissioning team
Your Profile:
- Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
- Commercial and business management understanding required
- Experience in site management for power plant execution including material management
- Experience with products from INNIO and plant components is a nice to have
- Performance-oriented personality
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Good communication skills with people on construction site as well as executive level
- Good English & Native Romanian language skills (writing and speaking)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team player with strong ability to motivate
- Self-starter mentality and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 90%
