About the role
We are recruiting for a Legal Executive to join our market-leading Banking and Finance team. You will work closely with partnerJohn Powellwho is renowned for his expertise in corporate and property finance acquisition and asset finance. This is an excellent opportunity to play a part in some of New Zealands most significant financing transactions.
The primary focus of this role involves work to support lenders advancing funds for land investment or development. There will also be scope to support the team on other financing transactions.
