Aztrum are proud to announce that will be partnering with a developing multi award-winning architectural practice located in Oxford. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the design and technical progression of Heritage-led projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Assist in the design and execution of Heritage focussed projects.
Assist in assembling detailed and well-structured planning application submissions
Create innovative context-sensitive design proposals that align with client goals.
Prepare high-quality drawings layouts and visuals to clearly convey design concepts.
Collaborate with architects and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent degree in Architecture.
A minimum of 3 years UK-based architectural experience preferably in residential or master planning contexts.
Comfortable communicating with planning authorities and private sector clients.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of UK planning frameworks and building regulations.
Excellent visual presentation organisational and communication skills.
A collaborative designer with a passion for placemaking and a strong design-led portfolio.
