This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a high-performing team sell a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles and grow within a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
What Youll Do:
As theAutomotive Sales Floor Manager youll play a key role in daily showroom operations team leadership and customer satisfaction. Youll support the Sales Manager when theyre unavailable and help drive sales performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process from initial contact to final sale.
- Train coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance.
- Manage showroom operations and ensure a customer-first environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Track sales metrics and contribute to promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends vehicle features and financing options.
- Support the Sales Manager in their absence.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking a confident customer-focused leader with a passion for cars and a proven track record in automotive sales.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- 35 years of Automotive Sales experience a must.
- Current PA Automotive Sales License (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
