Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent IT projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage execution through standard project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
- Monitor project performance identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate progress risks and changes to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Manage vendor relationships contracts and third-party deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT PMO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience in IT environments.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level software implementations infrastructure upgrades or cloud migrations.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK Agile Scrum).
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Smartsheet or similar.
- Exceptional communication leadership and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and service delivery models.
- Familiarity with ERP CRM or other enterprise business platforms.
Pay Range:
P60-USA-1 :$108800.00 - $155400.00Disclaimer:
Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors including but not limited to job location where work will be performed qualifications work history and relevant experience.
