Job Summary

Installer / Field Service Engineer Hybrid

Location: Maidstone

Full-time Permanent

Salary: 28000 basic plus uncapped commission (up to 40k-45k OTE)

Working Hours:2 weeks - 40 hours; 2 weeks - 48 hours

Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri including bank holidays. Must be able to work Saturdays (one on one off)

Holidays:29 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing to 31 days after 1 years service

What You Will Be Doing

Visiting new customers providing a security analysis of our customers property and carry out a professional installation
Visiting existing customers troubleshooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise.
Provide any technical assistance during the installation process and routine maintenance of Verisure Security Systems
Responsible for managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules
Delivering a detailed and informed walkthrough of any Verisure Alarm system.

About You

You must have a clean manual driving license
You are passionate about technology & product information
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to make effective and timely resolutions
Ability to use hand tools and competent with the usage of step ladders
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work on maintenance
