About the Role
As Team Manager youll lead a team of staff working closely to deliver high-quality person-centred care across 4 mental services in Llanelli. Across these 4 services we support 20 individuals.
Youll be responsible for service delivery compliance team development and ensuring the needs of individuals are met with compassion and professionalism.
Youll work alongside the Registered Manager to:
- Deliver services in line with RISCA Care Inspectorate Wales and Social Care Wales standards
- Lead recruitment supervision and development of your team
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding health and safety and regulatory frameworks
- Manage referrals rosters and service delivery plans
- Support individuals with their individual complex needs
- Collaborate with families professionals and partner organisations
- Use IT systems confidently to manage data rosters and reporting
- Participate in the on-call rota and support other services as needed
What Were Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in adult social care
- Strong IT literacy and organisational skills
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices (desirable)
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Understanding of compliance safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- QCF/ NVQ in Health & Social Care (and willingness to work towards Level 4)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A flexible proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference
