Job Summary

Estimator-Full Time
Location:Fenton MO 63026

What you will be doing:

Analyze project specifications drawings and other documents to identify project requirements.
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for steel erection projects; including take-offs crew size selection equipment selection etc.
Proficiently use Excel and Bluebeam for precise quantity takeoffs and pricing.
Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
Contribute to the improvement of estimating structure to modernize estimating production and output.

Experience you will need:

10 years of experience as an Estimator in the steel erection field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints with an understanding of scope of work to bid.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
