Position Overview
Are you passionate about keeping things organized accurate and running smoothly behind the scenes Stateline CDJR is looking for aWarranty Administratorwho thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details this role youll be the backbone of our warranty processmaking sure every claim is submitted correctly every dollar is accounted for and every customer leaves knowing their vehicle was cared for the right way. Youll work side-by-side with our service advisors technicians and managers to keep the department efficient compliant and profitable. What Youll Do
Take ownership of the entire warranty claim processfrom start to finish.
Review repair orders and make sure every detail is accurate compliant and ready to go.
Submit track and follow up on claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
Work closely with advisors and technicians to keep communication clear and documentation complete.
Handle rejected claims like a proresolving issues quickly and keeping everything on track.
Stay on top of manufacturer updates bulletins and compliance rules.
Be the go-to person for warranty audits and ensure were always ready.
What Were Looking For
Prior automotive warranty administration experience (CDJR/Stellantis background is a huge plus).
Sharp eye for detail and love for accuracy.
Confidence using dealership management systems (CDK Reynolds or similar).
Strong communication skillsyou know how to work well across different teams.
Ability to stay cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
