Job Title:Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Business Partner

Working Pattern:Full Time

Working location:Bristol

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Business Partner to join our Bristol team. This is a key role where youll work closely with senior leaders to drive health safety and environmental compliance risk mitigation and cultural improvement across the site. Youll play a vital part in safeguarding people operations and the wider community through proactive engagement and expert HSE support.

This role offers a strong mix of HSE leadership strategic influence and regulatory knowledge making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their impact within a high-performing safety culture.

What you will be doing

With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:

  • Support local management in identifying hazards assessing risks and implementing mitigation actions
  • Promote a proactive HSE culture and support behavioural and cultural improvement
  • Facilitate local HSE governance conduct compliance gap analyses and help deliver improvement plans
  • Prepare and support credible emergency response planning and execution

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Have relevant HSE experience within a manufacturing engineering or high-risk industry
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HSE legislation risk management and emergency planning
  • Be proactive self-motivated and able to lead on safety initiatives independently
