JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative and Data Coordinator serves as the primary front desk administrator and data coordinator for the Lawton Behavioral Health office. This position is responsible for managing the front desk process for the office including processing referrals verifying insurance and initial entry of participant information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) addition the role supports data coordination and reporting with internal teams and external partners.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the initial intake process for all new participants including gathering and verifying demographic insurance and eligibility information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals entering the program ensuring a welcoming and supportive intake experience.
- Enter initial patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Check insurance status for participants and assist with enrollment if not already insured.
- Assist with collection organization and processing of program data and documentation.
- Support data reporting and coordination with various internal teams and external partners.
- Run data queries maintain data integrity and security and assist with database organization.
- Retrieve track clean format upload and document new and updated participant data in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Process-oriented and detail-focused.
- Familiarity with clinical and/or behavioral healthcare settings preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.
- Must maintain a valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
This position will work in the office and the field. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel approximately 20% of work hours. Must maintain a valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
