Job Description
The Role
As aJunior Business Intelligence and Reporting Supportwithin the GDC Global Benefits Management(GBM)teamyouwillcontributeaspartofateaminvolvedinseveralactivitiesto support global and regional coordination of benefits for our global and regional clients while maintaining their benefits databases.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and quantitative skills excellent communication and presentationskillseffectivecollaborationandproblemsolvingskillsabilitytoorganizeandderive meaningful insights from data very proactive and adaptable collaborative and team player.
Preferablycandidateshaveabackgroundon basicfinancialknowledgeandworkeffectivelyon revenue-related data.

- ExecuteupdatesandmaintenanceofdashboardsreportsanddatamodelsforGBMclients.
- PrepareH&BsharedrevenuesreportforGBMclientsensuringaccuracyandtimelydelivery for senior review.
- Collectcleanandorganizedatafromvarioussourcestosupportreportingandanalytics.
- Implementupdatestoexistingdashboardsandreportsunderguidancefromseniorteam members.
- AssistingatheringdatarequirementsfromIGSGBMOperationsandH&Bstakeholders. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks (data extraction report updates dashboard changes).
- PerformregulardataqualitychecksonGBMpolicyandoperationaldata;documentand escalate discrepancies.
- Supportdeploymentandtestingofnewtechnologyplatformssystemsorapplications performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth rollout.
- Troubleshootbasicreportinganddataissues;escalatecomplexcasesto theappropriate group.
- Executeupdatestoclaimsdashboardsandgovernancereportingassistingwithdata collection validation and visualization.
- Monitordeadlinesandensuretimelydeliveryofallscheduledreportsanddashboards.
- FollowstandardprocedurestoupdateextractandstoreGBMsalesandoperationaldata.
- AssistinpreparingmaterialsandinstructionsfortrainingoradoptionofBItoolsforoperations teams.
- Providefeedbackonprocessinefficienciesorpotentialimprovementstoseniorteam members.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelorsdegreerequiredpreferablyinaprogramwithheavyemphasison businessorequivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 3yearsofsignificantworkexperienceina businessintelligence/reportsandanalytics roleprevious employee benefits or insurance experience on a shared services operation is a plus
- Communicator;displaysstrongoralwrittenandpresentationskillsinEnglish
- ProficiencyinEnglishrequiredproficiencyinoneadditionallanguagepreferred
- AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(OutlookWordExcelPowerPoint PowerBI)including developing data models writing DAX measures and Power Query scripts
- Strongskillsondatastorytellingandtranslatinginsightsfornon-technicalaudiences
- Methodicalandstructuredapproachespeciallywithproblemsolvingandanalyticalthinking
- Effectiveskillsonautomationdataqualityandscalability
- Basicfinancialknowledgeandabilitytoworkeffectivelywithrevenue-relateddata
