Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 26 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (standalone or integrated with ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of SQL PL/SQL XML XSL and RTF templates.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Oracle Fusion Cloud or PeopleSoft reporting.
- Familiarity with Oracle OTBI Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance Procurement HR SCM etc.).
- Exposure to migration projects from EBS to Oracle Cloud.
- Exposure to OIC will be added advantage
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
- Work with business teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Build and optimize data models data sets and XML data sources for BI Publisher reports.
- Develop RTF Excel PDF and other template formats in BI Publisher.
- Integrate BI Publisher reports with Oracle ERP (EBS / Fusion / Cloud) or other enterprise applications.
- Ensure reports are aligned with business needs performance standards and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation formatting or data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.
- Support report migration performance tuning and version upgrades.
