Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team as a Business Analyst Apprentice. As a Business Analyst Apprentice you will play a key role in understanding ministry needs and identifying opportunities for improvement through document user requirements assess solution gaps and potential enhancements and oversee the testing and verification that enhancements are implemented correctly. This role may also require some project administration.

Responsibilities:

Elicitation and documentation
Software solution analysis and high-level design
User test plan creation and oversight
Create and maintain accurate documentation of implemented business rules and requirements
Work with IT team to design develop and implement technology solutions that meet ministry needs

Requirements

US citizenship required
Single and 18 required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Analytical thinking skills
Experience in requirements gathering and/or solution testing
Training in technical writing preferred
Project administration and project management tool preferred
