Student Assistant: AV Equipment

• Ensure AV equipment kits are checked out / returned in a consistent and standardized manner.
• Ensure all accessories are accounted for flagging missing parts.
• Making repairs as needed.
• Ensure batteries are charged between checkouts.
• Ensure media cards are reformatted.
• Ensure AV area is kept organized and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience entering/auditing data into Excel worksheets ( data).
• Record-keeping experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively.
• Experience working in an art-studio/laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
• Communication skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions.
• Demonstrates the ability to pay attention to detail.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
