Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Gains familiarity with Network Operations concepts practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs standard analytical project support user training and/or related duties.
Working with team business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Support end-users by resolving network-related incidents and service requests.
Perform routine checks patch updates and preventive maintenance of networking equipment.
Assist in implementing network security measures (firewalls VPN access controls).
Document network diagrams configurations and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades migrations and new technology rollouts.
Participate in on-call or shift-based support 24X7.
Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams vendors and other relevant stakeholders
Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BE/BTech degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
