Job Overview
This is a full-time entry-level Customer Support position for freshers at AMANN SEWING & EMBROIDERY THREADS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role is based in Bangalore Urban and Gurgaon. Candidates should have up to one year of relevant work experience and will engage directly with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service in the textile manufacturing industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Degree with 0-2 Years of customer / Sale Support and willing to travel locally can apply.
- Runner (Mandatory skill): Ability to efficiently perform on-ground tasks facilitate sample deliveries and support logistics as required in the daily workflow.
- Sample Collection (Mandatory skill): Aptitude for organizing managing and collecting customer samples to ensure prompt processing and timely responses.
- Sales Coordination (Mandatory skill): Strong coordination skills for bridging communication between sales teams and customers ensuring accurate flow of information.
- Order Processing: Experience or strong willingness to learn order entry processing and tracking from initiation through completion with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with both external customers and internal departments.
- Customer service orientation with a pleasant and problem-solving approach catering to diverse requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries timely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and assist the sales team in processing orders from inquiry to product delivery.
- Collect and manage customer samples ensuring accurate documentation and prompt handling.
- Execute runner activities including sample pick-up and drop supporting seamless business operations.
- Process customer orders and follow-up on their status to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
