Job Summary

Family Law Associate Attorney - Full-time

Location:Cape Coral FL

Required Qualifications:

Must be a current Florida Bar Member in good standing
Experience in pleadings motions discovery hearings mediation trials etc..
Board Certification in family law

Job Description

Managing high-level/high-asset cases by maintaining contact with people involved in the case
Preparing for depositions
Reviewing standard court documents
Assessing cases and strategic planning while communicating with clients and documenting all time dedicated to the case
Performing legal research
Drafting legal documents
Preparing court filings
Educating on recent court cases laws local rules and regulations
Representing clients in family law court
Reviewing expenses and income of client and opposing client for use in settlement and/or trial
Working in a team with an assigned paralegal
