Job Description
This is a hybrid role with location preference in the Chicago or Kansas City Markets. Applicants in other locations may considered but must be in the Central Time Zone.
Job Summary
This role sells RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication means to customers in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Business Development Activities will include:
- Market and company research to identify potential clients and points of contact.
- Cold Calling Activities
- Schedule and hold virtual / phone-based introduction meetings
- Sales Activities will be conducted individually or in collaboration with another RRD Sales Representative.
- Sales Activities may include:
- Strategy development to best present the product or solution
- Client Presentations (virtual or onsite)
- Responding to Requests for Proposal Bid Information etc.
- Coordination and transfer of Client and account knowledge to another Sales or Client Services team member.
- Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System.
- Remain up to date on RRD product knowledge and industry insights.
- Analyze and filter data provided on accounts and prospects to build an individual forecast and sales strategy
Qualifications :
Skills and Certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
- B2B Sales Experience Preferred
- Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience is preferred
Additional Information :
The national pay range for this role is $51400 - $76100. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus commission or incentive program.
