Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HVAC&R service calls as required/dispatched.
  • Install systems as assigned.
  • Boiler RTU split system and small refrigeration system service experience a plus.
  • Provide required support in estimating service work and coordination of projects.
  • Communicate with customers and show a high level of customer service skills.
  • Coordinate work schedules and materials as needed.
  • Provide office with cost estimates for repair work.
  • Comply with corporate policy on safety work ethics and time constraints.
  • Ensure that work is executed as scheduled.
  • Assist and participate in the on-call program.
  • Assist project and service managers with new accounts

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record
  • EPA certification
  • OSHA 10 Hour
