Surgical Supply Technician
Day shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
The Central Sterile Processing Services (CSPS) department is at the heart of patient care at Mass General Hospital. We play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and effective care by cleaning decontaminating sterilizing and distributing medical equipment and supplies used in surgeries procedures and patient care areas throughout the hospital. Our dedicated teams hard work is integral to the hospitals success ensuring the best possible care for our patients.

-Develop expertise in instruments and specialty supplies.
-Handle workloads under stressful conditions.
-Assist others when needed.
-Perform package integrity checks and maintain the integrity of sterile items.
-Collect unused surgical supplies and return them to stock locations.
-Supplement case pick process as operationally necessary.
