Are you ready to lead a global transformation in data strategy Were looking for a visionary Global Master Data Management (MDM) Leader to drive standardization synchronization and innovation across our master data landscape. This is your chance to make a real impactpartnering with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure data integrity operational excellence and compliance.

What Youll Do:

• Global Strategy & Execution: Define and deploy our master data strategy across regions ensuring alignment with internal standards and external compliance (IATF Global Trade etc.).

• Team Leadership: Guide and empower regional data stewards to deliver real-time support and continuous improvement.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with PM Engineering IT Finance Sales and more to streamline MDM processes and drive business excellence.

• Operational Impact: Monitor and manage change requests resolve issues proactively and support key supply chain processes like Phase In/Out SIOP and demand planning.

• System Expertise: Leverage your SAP knowledge (MM BOM COGI) to maintain data accuracy and traceability across material flows and production.

• Master Data KPIs: SLA adherence exception management and part master compliance.

• Continuous Improvement: Define and implement standards that evolve with the business.

• Strategic Alignment: Lead Six Sigma projects support STRAP & AOP and ensure ISO/IATF compliance.

What We Need:

• Experience:Minimum 5 10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and control in SAP. Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred (OEM Tier-I)
• Education:University degree in Business Administration Materials Management Supply Chain Management Engineering or related areas required
• Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
• Tools: SAP
