Overview
Fountain Tire Sylvan Lake an established automotive repair shop is looking for a responsible safe and dedicated associate to join our team as an Automotive Tire Technician!

You will be responsible for:
- Installing balancing rotating and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
- Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Completing specialty tire work which could include studding retread run flat nitrogen etc.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
What does it take to get on track
- Someone with previous experience would be great however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude!
- A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
- A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
- A keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a valid drivers license and provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
