Do you have top-notch organizational skills love variety in your workday and thrive in a role where every detail matters The Gurley Leep Automotive Family Corporate Office located in Mishawaka IN is looking for a proactive professional and highly dependable Assistant Family Office Coordinator to keep things running smoothly within the Family Office.

This isnt just another desk job youll be providing administrative financial and organizational support that impacts the Family Office operations every day.


What Youll Do:

  • Manage correspondence for family members and senior staff members associated with financial legal and personal documents
  • Draft edit and proofread communications reports and presentations
  • Support expense tracking invoice processing and budget monitoring
  • Assist with record maintenance for investments properties and philanthropic activities
  • Coordinate with accountants bankers and advisors to ensure timely flow of information
  • Assist in planning family events meetings and special projects including working with vendors contractors and service providers and providing status updates to family members and/or senior staff members
  • Handle sensitive and highly confidential family and business information with the utmost discretion
  • Work on-site at the Corporate Office in Mishawaka

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration finance communications or a related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in executive support financial services or family office operations
  • Must be a proactive problem solver with a service-oriented mindset
  • Must be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude professional appearance and willing to support the team in a variety of tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
