We are currently looking for Corporate Commercial and Transactional Lawyersto join our team in Ontario.

As a Caravel Lawyer you will.

Provide a full spectrum of legal services to clients of all sizes across all industries.

What Would YOU Bring

1 to 5yearsof practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Counsel).
5 to 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Mid-Counsel).
10 or moreyearsof practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Senior Counsel).
Experience with either Commercial work (drafting reviewing and negotiating complex agreements); and/or Transactional work (M&A Financings etc.) and/or corporate maintenance/governance.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
