In particular you will have to:
- Participate in the complete process regarding an acquisition.
- Ensure the evaluation financial modeling and negotiation of transactions.
- Ensure the assembly structure of the files and adapt the content.
- Maintain analysis tools develop and improve modeling on Excel PowerBI as well as integration with other platforms.
- Validate financing choice for the transactions of the associate stores and ensure the financial viability of the project.
- Calculate determine and analyze the financial and operational parameters to judge the profitability of various corporate projects.
- Present and align projects with the accounting department and ensure their support.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- A degree in Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. CPA designation or in progress (an asset);
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction services (an asset).
- Advanced Excel skills and PowerBI;
- Bilingualism in French and English both spoken and written as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
