Circle K is looking for:
CRM Marketing Specialist
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Stockholm Sweden or Copenhagen Denmark
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
The Role:
Were searching for a skilled Salesforce Account Engagement & Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our Global Salesforce team. If youre passionate about Salesforce & digital customer journeys thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving puzzles then we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the creation and maintenance of our customer journey flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new requirements and align on prioritization.
Provide expert-level support to users troubleshoot issues and offer timely resolutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
Work closely with the commercial team to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce journey solutions.
Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.
Personal skills:
Proactive self-managed and adaptable with a positive attitude in a fast-paced working environment.
Eager to learn new things and develop skills.
Team player with strong relationship-building interpersonal and influencing skills.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills other languages are a plus.
Interest in learning about business processes and systems.
Functional skills:
Solid experience working within Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement
Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement
Salesforce Administrator is a plus but not required.
Experience in Project Management or Project Teams.
