Job Description
Request:
- Fluent English
- Flexible to support during weekends or on-call support.
- Self-Driven and Motivated.
- Experience around 4-6 years minimum.
- 1. Operating Systems: Proficiency in all or any Linux/Unix/Windows environments.
2. Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.
3. Database: Ability to write and debug SQL queries understanding of RDBMS like Oracle MySQL Sybase or PostgreSQL.
4. Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk Grafana Pagerduty WatchTower Checknanny or AppDynamics.
5. Ticketing Systems: Experience with tools like ServiceNow Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.
6. Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS IP firewalls load balancers ports etc.
- Experience of working in a global team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on-the-job.
- Self-motivated ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
- Works well in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Experience in financial services is plus.
- Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.
Office is in Mexico City and people around there can be consider like Estado de Mexico or Toluca
