Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Freelance UX Researcher (f/m/d) to take ownership of research initiatives from start to finish. Youll lead qualitative and quantitative studies deliver actionable insights and play a key role in spreading a research-driven mindset across the teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Planning and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research studies including user interviews surveys and usability tests.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for product and design decisions
- Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear compelling way.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Help establish and spread a culture of research and user-centric thinking across the team and company.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX research
- Skilled in both qualitative (e.g. interviews usability testing) and quantitative (e.g. surveys data analysis) methods
- Fluent in German (written & spoken) and comfortable working in English
- Experience in data-driven environments with fast-paced teams
- Ability to share insights effectively and spread research knowledge across teams and the wider company
- A self-starter who can own the research process from end to end.
