Make a difference Your mission
The VIE will play a crucial role in our financial operations specifically focusing on the companys financial consolidation and reporting processes.
The VIE will be responsible for:
- Financial Consolidation: Gathering and consolidating financial data from our various entities on a monthly and quarterly basis to produce consolidated financial statements in compliance with Group standards.
- Group Reporting: Preparing and submitting detailed performance reports to Group management highlighting key financial indicators variances and trends.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Financial Analysis: Performing ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of our controlling and reporting tools and processes.
People for people Your Carefluencer profile
- Masters Degree in Business & Administration or Science/Engineering. Specialization in Finance.
- Experience in accounting business data analysis BI Tools Google Workplace Excel SAP (not mandatory)
- Languages
- English fluency is mandatory
- Germanlanguage is optional/nice to have

The Operations Control Team has 5 employees from different nationalities expertise and professional background. The common spoken languages within the team are English and German.
With a hierarchical dependency from the CFO the Operations Control Team interacts with stakeholders from the Business (Management Marketing Sales Operations) and the Corporate Functions Departments (such as Finance HR Procurement).
