As an Outbound SDR youre the first signal of Exotel the one who sparks curiosity builds relationships and opens doors with Indias top businesses. Youll play a key role in fueling Exotels growth engine by identifying qualifying and creating opportunities for our sales team.
What youll do
Own the top of the funnel: Identify potential customers across sectors and reach out via calls LinkedIn and emails.
Start meaningful conversations with CXOs Founders and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.
Qualify leads through discovery understanding pain points decision-making processes and readiness to adopt.
Collaborate with the Account Executives to hand off well-qualified opportunities and strategize outreach campaigns.
Experiment and iterate on messaging outreach sequences and tools to improve conversion rates.
Track measure and share insights using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).
Youll love this role if you
Have 14 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales (preferably SaaS or tech).
Enjoy the thrill of outbound researching accounts personalizing outreach and hearing yes after a series of nos.
Are curious about technology and can quickly learn how communication APIs contact centers and automation tools work.
Are comfortable with targets and use data to improve your approach.
Speak and write fluent English and can communicate with confidence and empathy.
