Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a Parts Manager to work at our West Chester PA location. At Best Line Equipment we offer the best equipment rental sales service and parts the area has to offer. We are an authorized dealer of major industry manufacturers including Bobcat Doosan JLG Dynapac Hustler Stihl and many more. Our professionals are dedicated to helping our customers find exactly what they need and are there to help with whatever they need in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory adjustments.
- Fix purchase orders and watch the daily invoices for discrepancies.
- Approve employee timecards and time off requests for payroll.
- Submit warranty claims for all warranty work.
- Work directly with the public including serving customers in the store or by telephone.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records reports and files and processing the paperwork to service managers and the accounting department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three years experience with hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and industrial equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid Drivers License
Job Type/Compensation: Full-time; $70000 - $80000 annually
