Scout Motors is growing and were hiring. Join us for ourVirtual Hiring EventonOctober 13 & 14 2025 for the chance to discover more about the opportunities open throughout our organization.

Our virtual hiring event is designed to give you a deeper look into life at Scout Motors and help you explore opportunities that align with your interests. Heres how the event will flow:

• Main Session: Kick off the event with an introduction to Scout Motorsour mission culture and what makes us different. Candidates will hear from company leaders and get a sense of where were headed.

• Breakout Sessions: Next candidates will join a breakout session tailored to the department theyre most interested in. This is a chance to learn more about the team the work they do and what roles are currently open.

• Designated Interviews: After the breakout selected candidates will participate in a scheduled interview with a member of our hiring team. This is a great opportunity for candidates to share their experience ask questions and take the next step in their career journey with Scout Motors.

What Will You Do

As a member of the Scout Motors Quality team youll be a key player in shaping the future of rugged American-made vehicles. From the earliest design stages to full-scale production youll work cross-functionally to identify and solve complex engineering and manufacturing challenges. Your role will involve developing robust quality systems auditing suppliers analyzing data to drive improvements and ensuring every part process and vehicle meets our uncompromising standards. Whether youre on the floor in the lab or collaborating with suppliers your work will directly impact the durability safety and performance of our pick-up trucks and SUVs.
