What Youll Be Doing
Lead investigationsinto serious incidents complaints and allegationsranging from abuse and neglect to restrictive practices and WHS matters.
Gather and analyse evidencewith precision empathy and procedural fairness.
Engage with regulatorslike the NDIS Commission Child Protection Ombudsman and WorkSafe.
Deliver clear trauma-informed reportsand outcome letters that drive corrective action.
Support continuous improvementby identifying trends and embedding safer practices across services.
