Job Description
The Echo Trailblazers internship gives you the confidence community and communication skills needed to forge a new path. As a member of the Echo Global Logistics team youll work on real-world projects learn from logistics legends and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and will be on the road to success as an Echo Trailblazer!
As a HR Intern you will work closely with the HR team and have daily projects to work on and grow your HR skills. No 2 days will be the same throughout the summer for you as you will receive first hand experience of working within a growing HR team.

Responsibilities & Job Duties
Partner with the specified HR team on a capstone project
Research and assist with requests related to HR projects
Projects may include assisting with Handshake recruiting campaigns assisting and executing with internship programs assist with social media campaigns and more!
Opportunity to shadow individuals within different departments
Be willing to complete additional tasks that arise within the HR team

Requirements
Must be able to start June 1 2026 and complete the entire 10 week program
Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week
No major or GPA requirements
