Job Description
- Build and maintain core modules for workflow orchestration case management and automation in a next-generation private markets platform.
- Develop scalable backend services using modern architectural patterns (e.g. microservices event-driven systems).
- Contribute to agentic (AI-driven) infrastructure for automated task execution.
- Design and extend data abstraction layers to unify disparate systems of record.
- Develop robust APIs and integration frameworks to connect with GPs fund admins CRM systems and document repositories.
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Participate in design and code reviews optimizing for scalability observability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers architects and operations teams to deliver secure scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure architectural integrity security permissioning and audit logging especially within financial services environments.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with LLMs or agentic AI frameworks.
- Minimum 6 years of backend or platform engineering experience ideally in fintech or private markets.
