Job Summary

HR & Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Penrith (Flexible Hybrid Working)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: 26000

Closing Date: Friday 26 September 2025

Tasks

Welcoming New Starters: Be the friendly face and first point of contact for new team members guiding them through the onboarding journey.

Safer Recruitment: Coordinate pre-employment checks and keep hiring managers informed every step of the way.

Operational Excellence: Manage our HR systems digital workflows contracts and internal communications.

HR Inbox Hero: Own our HR inbox responding to queries with care and efficiency no two days are the same!

Requirements

Superb organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Solid HR generalist experience especially in onboarding and recruitment coordination.

Confidence using digital systems and a natural drive for process improvement.

A positive people-first attitude and team spirit.
