Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Brampton ON - Canada (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Long Term Contract W2/C2C

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Talent should have food Telecom domain background.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to API integrations.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
Conduct testing and validation of API functionalities.
Provide support and training to end-users.

Skillset:

Overall IT Experience: 6-10 Years.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
Experience in business analysis with a focus on APIs along with Telecom domain background.
Strong understanding of API technologies and data formats.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
