Must have Skills: Workforce Software techno functional resource Configuration experience Time and attendance (PT101 highly desirable)
Job Description:
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles-time attendance scheduling etc.
- Proficiency with configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python SQL JavaScript).
- Experience with web service integration technologies (SOAP REST) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- System Configuration: Set up and customize Workforce Software modules for timekeeping scheduling attendance and payroll based on client requirements.
- XXX: Work with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs challenges and business processes.
- Integration Development: Create and maintain interfaces to connect Workforce Software with other client systems often using tools like Python SQL and web services.
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical and configuration issues that arise after implementation.
