Job Summary

Job Title: Workforce Software Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Dallas TX

Job Type: Contract

Must have Skills: Workforce Software techno functional resource Configuration experience Time and attendance (PT101 highly desirable)

Job Description:

Strong understanding of workforce management principles-time attendance scheduling etc.
Proficiency with configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python SQL JavaScript).
Experience with web service integration technologies (SOAP REST) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
System Configuration: Set up and customize Workforce Software modules for timekeeping scheduling attendance and payroll based on client requirements.
XXX: Work with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs challenges and business processes.
Integration Development: Create and maintain interfaces to connect Workforce Software with other client systems often using tools like Python SQL and web services.

Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical and configuration issues that arise after implementation.
