Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Product Owner for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Enhance and optimize ServiceNow platforms focusing on SPM modules.
- Oversee portfolio demand and resource management processes in ServiceNow SPM.
- Collaborate within a SAFe/Agile environment to deliver product improvements.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Required Skills (Must-Haves):
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
- Proven track record enhancing ServiceNow platforms.
- Deep understanding of SPM functionalities: portfolio management demand management and resource management.
- Demonstrated experience working in SAFe/Agile environments.
