Job Title : Salesforce Sales Cloud Functional Lead

Experience : 7 15 years
Location : New York City New York
Responsibilities:

7 years of overall Salesforce experience with 4 years in Sales Cloud implementations.

Strong expertise in Lead Account Contact Opportunity Forecasting Territory Management and Sales Console.

Experience with Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards and Sales Cloud Einstein.

Experience with data migration and integration (MuleSoft APIs middleware ERP/CPQ systems).
-
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
-
Deep understanding of Sales operations and CRM processes.
-
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
-
Lead end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations including requirement gathering solution design configuration UAT and deployment.
-
Own functional leadership of Sales Cloud workstreams ensuring project timelines deliverables and quality standards are met.

Work with integration teams to align Sales Cloud with ERP CPQ Marketing Cloud and other enterprise applications.
-
Define and implement governance data quality and security models.
-
Develop training enablement and adoption strategies for Sales Cloud users.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
