Status & Salary: Non-Exempt & Hourly. $20-25 per hour.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Lead Tech provides our core services to our clients while providing an excellent customer service experience. These services include but may not be limited to window cleaning pressure washing rain gutter cleaning awning cleaning and solar panel cleaning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Completes assigned work orders while hitting key effective hourly rate target.
- Maintains a customer satisfaction rating at 4 or 5 at all times to achieve an increase in customer satisfaction profitability and repeat business.
- Uses scheduling software to track job times
- May be required to train inexperienced assistants.
Maintains clean and safe work site by following safety rules and procedures and wearing personal protective equipment as required.
- Attends staff meetings and training as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills which positively benefit interaction with internal and external customers.
- Ability to successfully communicate with customers as to the work to be completed at each job and describe our process for completing such work
Ability to operate a variety of light equipment and hand tools according to established safety and risk management practices.
Organized and efficient with time.
Ability to work outside for the majority of the workday
Ability to read and interpret instructions.
Be available to work a flexible work schedule between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday or Sunday.
QUALFICATIONS
- Access to reliable transportation.

- Previous window cleaning experience
- Clean DMV - Will drive company vehicles
Required Skills:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and understand when a superior needs to be involved in decision making. Exceptional interpersonal skills which positively benefit interaction with internal and external customers. Good comprehension and communication skills with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to operate safely in the workplace. Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and efficient with time. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to successfully use Outlook email. Ability to work 25 hours per week. This position is part time remote-from-home with attendance required three designated days in the office per week. QUALFICATIONS At least one year of experience in a customer service role Access to reliable transportation. Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to sit or stand for long periods of time in order to effectively answer customer calls. Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
