Job Summary
Job Title- Senior Scrum Master
Project Location Onsite in Linthicum MD 21090
Duration- Fulltime

Job Description-:
Responsibilities: Responsible for leading one or more Agile Scrum teams ensuring smooth delivery of products within scope. Guides the team in Agile best practices and helps remove impediments.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile (SSM) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
- Prior experience with Maryland Benefits systems preferred.
- Leading Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Using tools like Jira VersionOne for tracking.
- Coaching teams for continuous improvement.
- Individuals with prior MD THINK experience with the State of Maryland are highly preferred
