About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Software Developer
(C#/Azure) to join our dynamic engineering this role you will be
responsible for leading software development projects guiding the technical
direction and mentoring a team of developers. You will work on engineering
scalable high-quality solutions and actively contribute to a fast-moving agile
development environment.
What You Will Bring to the Role
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related
field OR equivalent experience/certifications
8 years of hands-on experience in software development with
expertise in leading projects and mentoring teams
Passion for delivering sustainable high-quality solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership while
collaborating in a remote team environment
A driven collaborative and enthusiastic personality
A full grasp of the agile software development life cycle
Effective presentation skills to individuals and groups
Mentoring and training skills to guide the technical growth of software
developers
What You Will Be Doing
Lead software development projects assessing and communicating
project progress and roadblocks
Provide input to the implementation strategy of various initiatives
Engineer technical solutions that maintain high standards of software
quality
Mentor peers on the how what and why of technical solutions
Actively participate in code reviews and estimation activities
Provide input into continuous improvement experimentation
Provide production support as needed
Create and update software artifacts
Actively participate in a fast-moving agile software development team
